If Fleming continues to play with this motor at both ends of the floor for St. Frances, his recruitment will spike after the HS live periods. Standing 6’7 with long arms and bounce, he projects as a versatile 3/4 tweener that can develop into a potent 3+D weapon if developed by the right coach. Footwork and conditioning have improved to make him a viable rebounding and finishing threat around the basket. A straight line driver, his handle will need to improve to get past defensive stunts but the spin move has been an effective way for him to get to the rim to score.

Carter Meadows

State: Maryland

School: Gonzaga

Club: Team Takeover

10p 4r 1a 1s

Meadows has enjoyed a breakout spring on the circuit whose momentum should continue into the scholastic live period sessions. An athletic and physical forward that muscles his way to rebounds on either end of the court, the finishing ability around the rim and shooting touch (especially from the FT line) have dramatically improved. Meadows seeks out the contact as a screener, rebounder and defender that also makes him a menace on the football field.

Aidan Haskins

State: Maryland

School: Friendship Tech Prep

Club: Team Biss

With good positional size and length, Haskins has a good bit of upside as a stretch 4/wing prospect that can do a little bit of everything. Enjoyed the flashes as a shooting wing that has enough ball skills to impact the game as a shooter, rebounder, and play-finisher around the rim. I think the handle and burst need to improve for him to project as a wing at the D1 level, while the strength and balance would need to improve to project as a 4 at the D1 level– but he’s capable of getting there.

A standout player for SFA’s JV team this past season, TJ is one of the area’s best-kept secrets and will definitely make a jump from unranked in next week’s 2027 rankings update. A shifty southpaw guard that gets to his spots, his change of direction and burst create the necessary separation for him to get clean looks at the rim. Under control but aggressive defensively, he understands angles and is great at anticipating the ballhandler’s next move to force turnovers. Overcoming a rough shooting day from the floor, Jones found other ways to impact the game as a driver and defender in a good win over Riverdale Baptist

Ian Condon

State: Maryland

School: Sidwell Friends

The sturdy young forward continues to add to a growing skillset that shows signs of encouragement for his developmental upside. The ball skills are improving as he continues to show that he is capable of knocking down C+S 18-footers–hitting some big shots for a short-handed Sidwell team in this one. Standing 6’6 now with better lateral movement skills and a strong frame, he cleans up misses in the paint to extend possessions for his team while unselfishly doing the dirty work as a defender and screener.

Rivera just impacts winning. A heady PG that plays incredibly hard from start to finish, he has a nose for the ball and gets to 50/50 balls and long rebounds while playing scrappy defense. The passing has improved, he’s seeing his reads a play ahead and directing traffic much more vocally. I expect some of the Ivy and Patriot schools sniffing around to pull the trigger after seeing him play this summer

Massaquoi’s ability to fill the stat sheet and affect the game from multiple levels is always evident when he is playing with a motor. Saw good flashes from him today as a versatile defender, physical driver, and athletic wing that can mix in C+S 3-point shooting while also blocking your big’s shot above the rim. Would like to see his footspeed quicken to defend guards on the perimeter while seeing more consistency with his shooting and defensive/rebounding intensity.

Jadah Washington

HEIGHT 5'9"

POS PG

CLASS 2028

Jadah Washington

School: Sidwell

Club: TTO

Washington is a lightning-quick incoming freshman point guard that figures to become possibly the most menacing on-ball defender at the PG position in the area. While there are some nuances within the HS game that he needs to learn when overcoming the physicality, navigating ball screens, and having his head on a swivel in help– Washington is incredibly pesky as a POA defender, even when he’s on an island. With really quick hands and good anticipation, he forced several turnovers on drives to the rim and really bothered the opponent’s ballhandlers with his stunts and contests. He had some freshman moments where he got his shot blocked in the paint, but the paint touches and his ability to maneuver through tight spaces before making the right read showed signs of encouragement.
